Note: to register CreateInstall trial you must first "upgrade" it to CreateInstall Pro (commercial). To do this follow this steps: 
1) You must have CreateInstall trial already installed; 
2) Run original CreateInstall setup again. Do not click next; 
3) Open Windows temporary folder. Look for file named gert0.dll and copy it to C:\Program Files\CreateInstall\resource (path may be different for you) then rename the copy of gert0.dll to nstpro.dll; 
4) Exit from CreateInstall setup; 
5) Open C:\Program Files\CreateInstall\ci.ini, change value of Type from 0 to 201 and save. 
6) Now you have CreateInstall Pro...
